Italian and South Tyrolean grappa have long been known beyond their borders and are enjoyed by many. Traditionally savored with coffee or dessert, or after a meal as a digestif, grappa/pomace brandy makes for a delicious finish.

The small, bulbous grappa glass stems from a narrow stem on a round base and culminates in a tall chimney. This chimney directs the grappa's aromatic notes to the nose. Before the spirit is consumed, it should be poured into a grappa glass 10-15 minutes beforehand. This allows the aromas to fully develop and meld together in the grappa glass. Salute!
